Bruny Island Tour

View from the Lookout over the neck joining North and South Bruny Islands, Adventure Bay on the left, Isthmus Bay on the right

There were so many highlights of our three week holiday in Tasmania, but near the top of the list would be our Gourmet Food Tour of Bruny Island.  The weather was perfect, we had a fun crowd, and everyone enjoyed the adventure of visiting the beautiful island and tasting some of its delicious produce.

The view from beneath the Lighthouse looking over Adventure Bay, from the top you get a 360 degree view of the island.

Bruny Island is Tasmania’s premier island destination with a holiday adventure to suit everyone.  The home of the beautiful South Bruny National Park, Bruny Island provides the ultimate Tasmanian wilderness experience. On land, you can venture into the wilderness on one of the many Bruny Island bushwalks. On sea, you can join travel on an eco-cruise exploring the stunning coastline of the island. Bruny Island is home to fur seals, fairy penguins, white wallaby and provides excellent opportunities for birdwatching.
